1969 – 1971 – St. Petersburg (Leningrad) Serov Art College, Faculty of Restoration of easel and tempera painting.
1971 – Transferred to the Faculty of Theatre Staging.
1974 – Graduated from the Faculty of Theatre Staging of the St. Petersburg Serov Art College with a Certificate of Theatre Design.
1974 - 1986 – St. Petersburg Theatre of Drama and Comedy on Liteiny Pr. Set and Costume Designer and Stage Manager
1977 – Prize-winner of the All-Union Festival of Dramatic Art and Theatre Art. Artistic staging of the play by V.P.Astafiev entitled “Forgive me”. Director Y.S. Hamarmer.
1974 - 1997 – Designed the staging of 70 performances.
He has worked in the theatres of
St. Petersburg, Irkutsk, Ufa, Murmansk, Krasnoyarsk, Chita, Tallinn, Uralsk, Bratsk, Orsk, Tambov.

1986 – Led creative seminars at the Theatre School of the University of Southern California (Fresno, USA).
1988 – Joined the Union of Artists of the USSR (Russia).
1996 – 1998 – Editor and chief artist-designer of the “Rural Youth” magazine (Moscow and St. Petersburg branch offices).
1997 – Foundation of the Alpari-Art Art Gallery (23 Fontanka Emb., St. Petersburg) together with the journalist Larisa Yasnogorodskaya.
1998 – Editor and chief artist-designer of the “Seven Muses” magazine (Moscow).
